Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopnovaandco.co.uk if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to amend or cancel it.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK. International shipping options will be coming soon — stay tuned!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Product descriptions will note any exceptions, so always check before ordering.
