We want your Nova & Co order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Delivery Options & Timeframes

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery in real time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@shopnovaandco.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
